Merry Christmas

Tis' the season to eat dollys, ha ha ha ha ha yum yum ha ha.
It's that time of the year again. The time when Christians are able to celebrate the birth of the good savior Jesus. I for one am very excited. In just the past two days (including today) I have felt God working in me. I am just overjoyed to feel his love for me. I just wanted to say that I have been kinda putting God in the back of my head. And as I was jumping on our trampoline like almost everyday I realized what I was doing. As with all sin I felt bad, but then I asked for forgiveness. How good it is to be loved by him. It is so great to be happy in him again. And Merry Christmas. =^b

Synopsis

This is a "back cover" explaination of the book I'm writing. And yes I'm still editing.


Janovo is a young twelve year old boy living in a world full of fantasy and adventure. He and his mother live alone in Bravin since his father died and his two older brothers went to war against the evil Gath army. Nothing seems to change after three years of being alone with his mother, until one day he discovers the world beyond the walls that encircle Bravin.
Janovo awakes on his birthday and everything is the same as usual. But that night a stranger comes to their house unexpectedly. It’s his oldest brother John. Everything seems good and happy with the arrival of his brother until two days later.
Two royal guards come to their house early in the morning. They take them out into the forest where they wait in a long line. Everyone in the city has gathered to see if they can pull the magic shield off of the stone boulder. After a long wait it is finally their family’s turn. After his mother and brother John both fail, Janovo comes out victorious.
He is quickly rushed to the castle where he hears the shocking news. The King’s second son has been kidnapped by the evil wizard of Gath. Now it is up to Janovo to save him.
The next day Janovo (accompanied by his brother John) set out on their quest to save the prince. On the journey, they meet new people who help them in their adventure. But on their quest, they come across many dangers. They have to go up against goblins, giants, dragons, and other strange creatures and obstacles. As they move forward, problems between the companions arise making it difficult to move on. Do they defeat the wizard? Do they save the prince and return back home again? Find out in this exciting new book Janovo Autumn and the Magic Shield, by me, Matthew Davis.

My book

As most of you that visit my blog already know, I'm writing a book. About a week ago I finished writing all the chapters, now I have to edit it. Regretfully I've been putting it off. We did move resently, but that doesn't cover up the shame I feel in my... heart? Anyways, if any of you would like to read it or help me proofread it please leave a comment saying so. And if it becomes a published book whoever helped me proofread will get a free, signed, copy of the finished thing. So that's the only thing I could think of to say on here. Oh, and we have TV again!!!

Moving

Hey guys, guess what. I'm moving tomorrow. Ya it seems weird that we're moving again. I've moved so manny times in my life, but every time seems so differant than normal life. Oh and guess what, Colin crashed his car into a tree. I feel so bad for him. Well that's about all I have to say, goodbye. =^

These are some characters that I made up for a comic strip (which I in fact am making for real). I haven't come up with names for each of them, but my dad came up with the Gio Trio thing.

plankton mouth test

This is a mouth test I did. On the show I noticed that they draw his mouth really big sometimes. So I was just testing how it would look. If you ask me it's not half bad. Or even 3/4 bad. infact I really like it. =^D

This is a cat character I made up. His name is Lewis. He actually was just a random drawing, but I liked him, so I gave him a name. (Which is a big deal for a random cat off the street.)














This was a spoof of a Mario game. "Pinball Plankton" was the name I gave this one. It was a strange and weird idea. So I don't mind if you laugh... at THIS drawing.

This is a picture I drew just for fun. I was making a caricature of a guy I've never seen. I was half making fun of caricatures in this picture. Well I think it's ok for a not so awsome drawing.














This is a robot I made up for a T.V. show. His name is Mell. The floating ball undernithe isn't touching the ground (just by the way). He and the ball are floating in the air. It just looked confusing for you guys to me.

I just realized that this is my 26th post. So I decided to show the world my lovley dog. This is Tawnie. For those of you who don't know her she is a Collie Chow mix. She is my little angel... dog. I love her so much. I would draw her, but I suck at drawing dogs.

This is a penguin I drew at Youth Group last night. I was drawing a robin, but someone told me that it looked like a penguin. So I changed a few things and *BOOM* Penguin was born.



















This is a drawing I made in Youth Group too. I was showing someone a simple drawing, but I realized I was making it slightly complex. Thus it became a (slightly complex) simple drawing.

This is a cool guy I drew during church yesterday. I was practicing drawing hair, and it eventually turned into this.

"When Plants Attack."

This is a front cover I drew for a horrer movie I made up once. I could tell you the whole story of "When Plants Attack," but I don't think you want to hear the story. So, I'll tell you the basic idea. Plants turn evil and attack everyone. And that's it. So I drew this for the movie cover. =^)

I watched my first horrer film the other day. I watched "SIGNS" *shiver* it was scary. This is how I was alot of the movie.

This is a drawing I made in church yesterday.

zoggle in his spceship suit

I finally decided to name him Zoggle. That suit he's wearing is a suit I designed. It's the one he came to earth in. The only time he uses it, is when he's driving his spaceship.

This is another pic of that alien dude. He was supposed to land on mars, but has accidentally landed on earth. To make it more confusing he finds that earth is the planet that has human life on it, (not mars).

I like to draw him a lot too. The only problem is I can't think of a name for him. Give me ideas don't chya' know.
